Help please with return post from US

Hi all,

I'm trying to help someone send something to the US for return to the UK and we're just having trouble working out the return side.
Basically, it's an autograph request and it's going to be a photo inside a hard backed A4 size envelope sent there in a bigger envelope.

The posting out there bit is easy enough but we want to make it so that the other end can easily just post it back.

We're stuck with required postage stamps etc. and if customs forms are needed etc. and struggling to work it all out. We're seeing the cost of the postage as being extortionate but probably getting confused!

Is there an easy way?

International Reply Coupons were phased out ages ago, so your best bet is to ask if the recipient would accept cash via Paypal to cover the cost of return postage. Before doing that, and assuming it is some sort of fan photo/autograph, check if the individual concerned has an established method of dealing with this sort of request. Might save cash and confusional all round if so.
