This competition is organised by Ocean Holidays LTD whose registered office is North House, St. Edwards Way, Romford, Essex, RM1 3AE. Employees of Ocean Florida, their family members or anyone else connected to the company are not permitted to enter. There is no entry fee or purchase required to enter the competition. This competition is open to residents of the UK only and the closing date for entries is midnight September 30th 2017. The winner will be chosen at random using online tool, Random Number Picker and contacted within 14 days of the end of the competition. Ocean Holidays’ decision regarding the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Ocean Holidays reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and the terms and conditions without any notice. Your details will not be passed onto any third parties. By entering the competition, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound to these terms and conditions.

TRAVELLING PARTY: The named winner will be the lead passenger and is responsible for sourcing up to three other travelling party members. Each member of the travelling party must have a valid UK or ROI Electronic Passport with at least 6 months validity and be responsible for obtaining an ESTA prior to travel. All members of this party must travel at the same time. At least one member of the travelling party must be over the age of 21. Entrants under the age of 18, must be accompanied by a legal adult, should they win the competition.

TRAVELLING DATES: Available travel dates between mid-April and mid-September 2018 will be offered to the winner. Duration of the holiday is 7 nights.

FLIGHTS: Flights will be from either London Gatwick or Manchester Airport. All members of the travelling party will be responsible for making their own way to the airport.

ACCOMMODATION: 7 nights’ accommodation will be provided in a villa within the Orlando area

CAR HIRE: Economy car hire inclusive of insurance will offered. The named driver must be over the age of 21 and hold a full UK driver’s license

No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. All elements of the prize are non-transferable and subject to availability. Ocean Holidays reserve the right to substitute any elements of the prize without giving notice. The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdictions of the courts.
