Cheap sugar?

It's preserving time again so time to stock up on sugar for making the necessary jams, chutneys etc. Does anyone have any suggestions for the best place for picking up some cheap sugar? It's just the standard white stuff I'm after not preserving sugar or anything fancy. Many thanks.

Silver spoon granulated sugar, 2kg £1.26 Amazon Pantry (0.63/kg) BUT delivery. You do need to be a Prime member, but kilos delivered appeals more than hauling kilos up my hill.
"Our Pantry boxes are large and can hold up to 20 kgs or 110 litres of product. There’s a £2.99 delivery fee for the first box and 99p for each additional box in the same order. Buy as much – or as little – as you want, and get it conveniently delivered to your home." Ah. Not so bright, then.0
