Stop 'debt management' calling about contested charge?

So, Vodafone messed up (Quel surprise!) and ended up sending our details to a debt management company along with a ~£1K charge.
Several Vodafone representatives agreed that the charge was incorrect, the debt didn't exist, it would be recalled/credited etc. (I have it in writing via their online help chat thing) but they've failed to do anything about it for several weeks.
The debt management calls keep coming, every 3 days at the moment; I've told them to talk to Vodafone, and to stop calling, but they won't. I've sent a letter of complaint to Vodafone asking them to get them to stop calling me, and had no response (1 week and counting)
Does anyone have any experience of a similar situation, what's the best way to get them to leave us alone? Will a letter help? One idea I had was threatening them with an admin charge for any further contact; any ideas would be appreciated! Do I take it to the Police if I feel harassed?

Yes try a letter, add in an admin charge, it wont make things worse will it.
Contact the Vodafone rep on here for advice, might not even be able to help.
Sounds like the message hasn't been passed onto the debt man companies the debt doesn't exist, maybe contact the ceo, maybe they could make sure the dmc dont contact you again.0 -
Also try Resolver. I've had success with Barclays but a dead end with BT, so it may depend on the company you are trying to deal with.

Have you written a formal letter / email to the debt management company explaining this?
If not, you should do so, so that you have a paper trail if they keep harassing you.0
