Repeated calls from DCA

Hi guys
Sorry if this is in the wrong area.
I have a disputed debt with Cabot and sent them a letter via recorded delivery to both the customer services team and directly to the person who sent me the letter. These were received and I have proof of delivery.
My letter specifically asked them to only liase in writing as the repeated phone calls were classed as harassment, least of all the fact they are contacting my place of work.
However they continue to call. I do not speak to them when they do.
Can anyone advise of next steps? I thought they had to respect my wishes about contact only being in writing?

Dont usually advise this, but i would ring them up, go through security questions, then, when you have there attention, ask them to remove all phone numbers from your account, there and then, whilst your on the line, then request them to contact you in writing only.
