After being ignored regarding the VM free pasta I pushed a bit more and got this

I understand how frustrating the whole issue of missing out on content from Virgin Media is. Currently, Virgin Media is testing its offers and content amongst different groups of verified users. Unfortunately, you are in the group that hasn't been selected to view its offers but I don't suspect this last much longer but I will keep you posted with any updates and get back in touch when it is over.

Not on mine and Virgin Red confirmed that it is out of their hands and is for a select few, it's not on my account and the virgin community members have been ranting about this since June
