That is detailed on item 1 of the terms and conditions on the tile.

It is pants but can't blame them, it is clearly stated.

I only got 50% off and no good to me for the same reason - happy to give code away if it helps anyone?

You just need to check all the tiles on the VR app once a day.

In the past (during the last world cup) the free pizza code tile would come up at the same time every day but now it is a random time - just have to keep checking.
