Click the top right corner of the screen on your app where it says explore.
You will get a drop down list and you will see enter a code.
This is also how you can get to the vaults to enter for a prize.

I don't get this. I get three items - back to rewards, November vaults & get verified. In the November vaults page, the grab today's points carousel doesn't have one for entering points. Any ideas?

Uninstall and re-install the latest version. Mine has:

Get Verified
