Default notice help

Options
Need some quotational advice please to use I'm a letter to the wonderful Lloyds Bank!
I believe they wrongly defaulted an account a number of years too late.
Basically in 2009 I started a DMP with CCCS now Stepchange, three of the debts passed to CCCS were Lloyds, a loan, credit card and overdraft. I sent postal orders along with covering letter to all creditors stating here was my token £1 and that CCCS would be in touch re my DMP. So Lloyds knew that all my debts with them were on a plan and were being repaid monthly and low rate.
So, Lloyds were absolute darlings :rotfl: whacked on charges and interest then a couple of years later defaulted the loan and credit however, they never defaulted the credit card despite being repaid via CCCS.
Soooo, on checking my credit file yesterday I realised that the default on my file for the overdraft was 2014 thus meaning there are 3 years still for it to be showing
Now, I read yesterday that Lloyds because they knew the account was defaulted should have issued a default notice 3-6 months after.
I'm so cross as the other two defaulted accounts have dropped off my credit file and I'm now stuck with an unfair 3 years! Please help with quotes to get this back dated so that it falls off instantly. Thank you.
Not sure it makes a difference but the overdraft account was sold to capquest and Lloyds disowned a month ago...I've paid it off on a full and final settlement however, when going to Lloyds re the default date I also want to ask for the interest back! The account was left at 1k overdrawn and from 2009 until end of 2016 after paying £18 a month I still owed £552.54 🙈 G!ts

If you've paid the debt off then all liability is relinquished and you have forfeited your right to any complaint.

On what basis do you think you can claim the interest back?

Not sure why you mentioned this then

when going to Lloyds re the default date I also want to ask for the interest back!

In the first instance write to them requesting they change the date and take it from there
