Tried to pick up the £5 pizza express deal in store today. The offer online said other varieties available as did the poster above the chiller (which I may ad was fully stocked with "other varieties" of the same brand pizza and ice cream) but when I got to the till the cashier put the whole lot through at full price £3.50 more, when I challenged it she said "not again this had done it a few times today" she rang through for someone else to come out and eventually a member of staff came out and said it was "only on the items pictured" I said "it does state other varieties are available" but he said "well you haven't read the small print" I said I had he checked and repeated himself he also said we haven't any of those in stock, I then said to both the cashier and the other store member that "I think you should honour that offer as it's wrong" both were dismissive and I left without the goods! I will say that the cashier did apologise when she removed the items off the bill but my opinions as calm as they where disregarded and the offer as was not taken down! Disgusting. Talk about false advertising.

If you read it says other pepsi varieties available and other Icecream flavour available but the pizza is either of the two stated.

Why do people always jump straight to 'honour the deal' when they didn't read the small print properly instead of admitting they were wrong?
