I’ve managed to get hold of my reference number so I can see that Natwest are still checking documents, so the underwriting is still being done. If ive heard nothing before next Monday that’s probably for the best.
I’m hoping it all goes well as the solicitors are appointed and the vendors are ready to roll....

Our valuation was delayed a week, I think they must be busy at the moment.

Well I had my survey Monday and mortgage agreement Tuesday AM !! How exciting then saw needs damp eradication and electrical upgrade!! Eek well of course what did I expect ... just waiting for full survey report

Hi. I know this is an old thread but does anyone know if you can actually track application through NatWest tracking if going through a broker? My broker has an online case tracking but it seems pretty basic. I just want to know if survey booked as they have taken the money but I haven’t had an email from MA and I don’t want to look really impatient and keep messaging her every day! I know they have looked at paperwork as they have asked a question about something and they have done follow up check in my credit report so I know for sure it’s being looked at by underwriters. I was told NatWest were quick and I know I am being impatient but I really want to know if valuation actually been booked as they have taken the money already but no notification of booking!

The reason I want to know is this whole process has taken a while with MA and I’m worried if no valuation booked vendor I’ll think we’re having problems and put house back on market. Offer was accepted 2.5 weeks ago.....
