Amazon delivery changes

Has anyone else noticed how Amazon have surroupticiously changed their PRIME "same" day free delivery - to "one" day free delivery ?
This makes a huge difference to delivery times
I ordered an item, yesterday morning at 11am and expected a free delivery today - but they are now saying Friday !!
