over the last 12 months I have been receiving sex emails, I thought I would block them but they somehow have managed to copy my own email address which I cannot block. I am receiving about 10 to 15 a day supposedly from different people all using my own email. Is there anything I can do.
I do it just for fun and whatever I win is a bonus

Spoofing sender is not hard and a lot of crappy emails will do this.
Why can you not block your own email? surely you don't send stuff you yourself?
What email is it. I gave gmail all my account deails and get it all there now, and I get no spam anymore.0 -
I have just checked them closer and they end, hotmail.co.uk? so have blocked them, thanks.I do it just for fun and whatever I win is a bonus0

Just make sure you set up the block using the first part of your email address and not the 'hotmail.co.uk' part. Loads of people still use the original hotmail addresses0

Who is your email provider? The better ones allow you to mark email as spam and it'll be tuned to block emails of a similar nature. As another poster says, gmail will sink 99% of spam email anyway0
