Get your income from a benefits calculator like turn2us and do the best you can on expenditure. As I said before, a 'forthwith' judgement is the most likely outcome and so you need to push on with your bankruptcy.
If you did it before the hearing (and it is usually now approved the day after you submit the application) then you can just send a copy of the bankruptcy order to Restons and the court.0 -

If your intention is to go bankrupt then this would be included in that process. Have you looked into help with the bankruptcy fees? There are various charities and organisations that can help with the deposit (£550) - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4279781 Good luck,
You do know the fee is £680?0 -
Thanks for the advice.
As it's likely to go through as a forthwith judgement is that something that takes some time to go through the courts? I ask because if I go to court and it's likely the judge won't be interested in what I have to say and just push ahead with the creditors request (do I actually need to be there?), I can then complete the bankruptcy within the next month or two?
Thanks.0
