If you did it before the hearing (and it is usually now approved the day after you submit the application) then you can just send a copy of the bankruptcy order to Restons and the court.

As it's likely to go through as a forthwith judgement is that something that takes some time to go through the courts? I ask because if I go to court and it's likely the judge won't be interested in what I have to say and just push ahead with the creditors request (do I actually need to be there?), I can then complete the bankruptcy within the next month or two?
