ppi (can I claim)

i have insurance with aloan at lloyds tsb and about 21/2 year ago, iwas unemployed and tryed to make aclaim.
but because i had done three months temp work previous, instead of claiming job seekers allowance and claiming on the insurance (because i wanted to keep paying the loan off and did). They said i wasn't intitled to claim.

So ended up not paying the loan back and after four months got a demand for back payment despite me writing to the bank and speaking to my branch.
so I ened up borrowing the money off my disabled parents.

so simple can I make a claim.??????

  • It does not look like you qualified for unemployment cover if you were on a temporary contract.
If that is the case the answer to your question is no.
  • cheers thought so, trying to be honourable and doing the right thing will always be wrong
