CCJ - Mistaken Identity

Hey
Ive checked my credit file to see there is a CCJ on there from May. On further investigation its a CCJ for my dad (same name) but has somehow registered onto my credit file.
Would anyone be able to help with how I get this removed as how it has been linked to me is disgusting and affected my credit!

Its not disgusting how its been linked to you, its an error.
Speak to the credit ref agency and whoever the CCJ is from.0
