Thanks I was a bit confused!
My post has been moved from old style but never mind. I'd like to keep my thread going as it helps to keep things straight in my mind as I plan things and others input will be valuable to me.
I've signed up to a 1 day course for running a micro bakery which is in November. They also run diplomas and other courses but for now I'll go for that one. Hopefully that will give me some good pointers to go in the right direction.0 -

Hi there,
the post was moved from Old Style as it had dropped down the board, and is more suited to the business forum. If you were looking for recipes/techniques etc then Old Style is be the perfect board to post on:) The redirect for your thread also stays on 1 week from the day the thread was moved so anyone looking for it on Old style will auto redirect here
If you are unhappy with the thread being moved, please mail the team directly on forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com
My request for your cafe would be a good toastie! Very hard to find these days, and I am a connoisseur :rotfl: I ordered a kids toastie the other day in a cafe (I have a very small appetite), and it promised to come with crisps. I was really disappointed to find they brought me the adult version with coleslaw and salad! :rotfl::o:p
ZipA little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men

Thanks Zippy - I don't mind it being moved, I appreciate it's not an old style post, I just like the old style forum :-)
I've been thinking about how to do hot food, as it would be a catering van but I don't want to cook on there. I might invest in something to keep food hot to serve, like crumble and custard or warm apple pie etc :-p0
