Some bargains for posh christmas presents

I know the delivery charge is a bit much but click & collect is free and if you are buying quite a lot, it could make delivery worthwhile

Official MoneySavingExpert insert Tue 29 Aug: You can get up to 50% off Fortnum & Mason biscuits and preserves, ranging from £1.75 for lemon marmalade (was £3.50) to £431.25 for a four-person picnic hamper (was £575).

Reduced biscuits are either stem ginger or chocolate pearl, both £3.60 for 200g (was £7.25). Delivery is from £5.95, although you can click and collect for free.

There’s an option at checkout to select a wicker basket to make a small hamper from £30, but you can get wicker hamper baskets cheaper elsewhere, eg, £10 from Hobbycraft and make your own.

Big thanks to sarah1972 for the spot!

Thank you, I've been mentally searching for a birthday gift and this post reminded me that the recipient likes one of their tea blends.

Still expensive IMO, but I was surprised when my mum - visiting me in London this week - came home from a shopping trip with a bag full of goodies. None for me may I add, all for gifting.

Hope is not a strategy :D...A child is for life, not just 18 years....Don't get me started on the NHS, because you won't win...I love chaz-ing!
  • Still very pricey but my mum & grandma LOVE F&M products. You have to admit they do make nice gifts but I would never get them for myself!
  • My DD bought me some delicious ground coffee from there a couple of years ago and I now refill the 'posh' tin with slightly less expensive stuff, and my 'Mrs Bucket sis-in-law' is always impressed (I never enlighten her though :):):):))
