Can I claim back a student loan overpayment from previous tax years?

Hi all,

I'm new here and enjoying the wealth of information available.

I just found out that I can claim back my student loan repayments if my end of year income is below 17750 (I finished uni in 2011). I've been looking at my p60s and I made above the threshold in 2017, but have made below this in previous years. Can I claim it back for previous years or is it too late?

Thankyou

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Hi,
I made a claim last year for the last 3 previous years. I got all my overpayments back. I just hadn't bothered before as it was only a few hundred a year. I sent off my P60's for the relevent years to the address on the studentfinance website and got a cheque back after about a month.

I might give it a try as I've had months where I've worked over but over the year it's not been over the £15k or so
