Hi all
Just wondering where I stand on regards to an item I bought via the eBay Argos shop (a buy it now type purchase) and the item does not match the description.
The item as described when I clicked on the buy it now option is NOT the product I received today. I received some in-ear headphones but was expecting some on-ear headphones. The model number as per my confirmation email etc do not match the item I received.
I now see that the item on the website has now been priced at £80 pounds more than when I clicked on the buy it now yesterday - so perhaps they have corrected something there.
Wondering if I could reasonably expect Argos to honour the price I paid and replace the in-ear headphones with the ones I thought I was actually buying?
Any thoughts / advice much appreciated !

Fat and chance spring to mind, but why not ask!?
They need to refund in full and pay for return postage though...Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Good luck getting a reply from Argos.
You have 30 days from delivery to open a case on eBay for SNAD (significantly not as described). Argos will be told to supply you a prepaid label to return the item for a full refund.0 -

It's hardly reasonable to expect an £80 discount.0
