Construction Pension???

Im 16 and had a few letters through saying my employer is making contributions to a pension for me. Anyone know about this perticular pension for construction? And how much % of my wages should i put in?

Probably the B&CI scheme. They operate a couple of different schemes though so we cannot comment on which yours is.
If its the usual, then its basic but cheap. Obviously the free money helps but whether you choose to add more to that depends on the amount and your experience of investing (or the person you would use if you didnt do it yourself).I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
