Aldi charged my card TWICE!!!

Has anyone else been charged again by Aldi. Checked my account today and they've charged me again for a shop I did earlier this month. Plus to make things worse I've gone into my overdraft because of it

Have you contacted their Customer Services ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

Yes. Contactless payment.
First I was aware of it was a text from Barclays today advising me that this had happened.
- Original purchase at Aldi Coalville on 7-8-17
- Duplicate charge on 24-8-17
- Refund by Barclays on 25-8.17.
In their text, Barclays say it was down to "a payment issue with Aldi. They've fixed the issue and refunded the duplicated payments back into your account today. We'll refund and fees/charges incurred as a result of this issue."
I did call Aldi C/S and they have a message on there acknowledging this and also advising anyone who hasn't been refunded to contact their bank.Just broke, even.0 -
