Deduction from pay slip

Good morning, not sure if this is the right section but I'm wondering if somone can help me...
On my pay slip I have a deduction for nearly 300 pounds under the heading "T416 tendering" ... never had this before and I have no idea where it's come from. The fact it says tendering makes me think my local council, possibly council tax but I pay this already!
