Think that this thread is the best place for this one.

    WIN A TRIP ON EUROSTAR
Pop into our showhome and you could pop over to Paris, Brussels or Lille!
Come and visit one of our four - Fusion at Waterstone Park, Springhead Park, The Fishing Village or Venutura Riverside - fantastic developments in North Kent and your next step could be the continent!
Pick up an entry form and we'll enter you in the draw for a £250 Eurostar voucher.
    Springhead Park
Be in at the start of something big! Springhead Park is the first residential development in the Ebbsfleet Valley - a new community unprecedented in inspiration and scale.
Offering a fabulous collection of stylish 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, with further 2,3 and 4 bedroom houses due for release later in Spring 2008. This exciting parkland community is ideally located for Ebbsfleet International Station (17 minutes to London from 2009) and fantastic local amenities including Bluewater.
Springhead Park is an exciting modern reinvention of the traditional Kentish village offering a fantastic range of properties with planned services including a recreation centre, place of worship, doctors surgery, two parks and further green spaces. Springhead Park is also just a short walk to your local Sainsburys Supermarket, or further afield you can hop onto a Fastrack bus for an excellent variety of shops and eateries at Bluewater.
    The Properties
The one and two bedroom apartments combine stylish contemporary design with functionality and top quality fixtures and fittings. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouses feature spacious private roof terraces and others have additional space in the form of balconies. Cycle storage and parking are also available.
The diverse assortment of house designs range from charming terraces to elegant townhouses. 2, 3 and 4 bedroom layouts are available, some houses coming with gardens, others with first floor roof terraces. Open plan layours give a real sense of space and lifestyle flexibility.
All the homes at Springhead Park combine contemporary and classic elements, utilising the best in modern construction, but with white timber boarding, brick and pastel colours reflecting local vernacular and materials.

    Transport Links
Springhead park has first class local, national and international transport links. Nearby Northfleet station has regular servies into Central london, or there is direct access to both London and the Kent Coast via the A2. The M25 and the Dartford Crossing are just a few miles away and the Fastrack service and local buses go to Dartford, Bluewater, Swanscombe, Crossways and the surrounding area. Ebbsfleet International is already providing high speed services to the Continent, and will bring even faster connections to London in 2009.
    Finding Us
Leave the M25 at Junction 2, towards Canterbury and Dover. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the A2. Branch left, towards Northfleet, Gravesend, Ebbsfleet. At the roundabout take the second exit onto Watling Street (B259). Continue forward in the left hand lane and turn left onto Springhead Park (A2260). Go straight over the roundabout, passing Sainsburys on your left, and Springhead Park is on your left hand side.
