    Hi all,

Can anyone tell me whether I am better off buying picture postcards?? I have been buying packs of plain white ones but have recently had a couple "posted back to me" (even though I clearly write the word "from" before my details on the reverse side  I also invested in some pre-printed ones from ebay but when I received them they were like little sheets of paper

Also I have seen it mentioned that you can get postcards from the cinema but my local cinema never seems to have any........ anywhere else??

PS. You are a star Princess......... don't know how you get the time to post all these comps but I am very grateful to you and all other comp posters :T

    Thanks.
If at first you don't succeed ........ ;) Alternative autism therapies should be free!!
  • I use picture ones. Still end up getting a couple a week mailed back to me though,. Stupid Royal Mail.

Make sure you write 'to' in really big letters above the to address as well :o)

Cinema... I know warner cinemas (now vue) used to do them - I still have a stash from years ago (apparently when Lilo and Stitch was out at the cinema coz I have zillions of those ones!) but haven't checked in my current comping incarnation.

I have been doing competitions for a number of years and I am subscribed to a competition magazine - they recommend picture postcards and to write your answers/own n/address diagonally across the card to stop it being returned as supposedly the Royal Mail machine cant read it that way- hope this is helpful
    :T
  • I get mine from Odeon cinema, also look out on the freebies board on here that might help. Or put 'free postcards' into google???
