Our draw is open to Halifax, Bank of Scotland, AA, Chrysler, Jeep, Britannia, iPoints and Sainsbury's Bank plc credit cardholders, who are 18 and over, reside in the UK, and have an account that is open, not in arrears and within its credit limit at the time the draw is made. No employees of HBOS plc, AA or Sainsbury's Bank plc, their subsidiaries, other group companies, their agents, MasterCard® or any company associated with the competition and those involved in the promotion are eligible to enter.
2. The closing date for entries is 31st October 2008. The draw will be made on 12th November 2008, under independent supervision.
3. Each time you use your Halifax, Bank of Scotland, AA, Chrysler, Jeep or Sainsbury's Bank credit card to make a purchase before 31st October 2008 you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. If you are a resident in Northern Ireland, no purchase necessary. For an equal chance of winning, please send your name and address to: HBOS plc, Sun and Ski Prize Draw, Alexander House, Pierhead Street, Cardiff CF10 4PB to be received by 31st October 2008.
4. All purchases must be posted onto entrant accounts by 5th November 2008. In some circumstances a purchase may not be posted to your account in time for the Prize Draw.
5. Purchases made after the closing date of 31st October 2008, and purchases posted after 5th November will not be accepted.
6. The first entry drawn at random will receive a trip to Barbados and Aspen. The package is for 2 adults, including return economy airfares from London to Barbados, from Barbados to Aspen, and from Aspen to London, return transfers from airport to hotel. 7 nights 4 star hotel accommodation in Barbados on a twin share/double basis including daily breakfast, lunch and evening meal and all locally produced alcoholic and soft drinks. 7 nights 4 star hotel accommodation in Aspen on a twin share/double basis, lift pass and selected rental equipment. The prize must be taken between December 2008 and April 2009 and excludes Christmas, New Year and Easter. All taxes and deposits are included in the prize.
7. Non-scheduled transportation and incidental hotel expenses are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is also responsible for ensuring they have the necessary documentation for travel including appropriate travel insurance.
8. 10 subsequent entries drawn at random will receive a 4GB MP3 player.
9. 25 subsequent entries drawn at random will receive a £50 Snow and Rock voucher.
10. 250 subsequent entries drawn at random will receive a Lonely Planet travel guide.
11. If the prizes stated in point 8, 9 or 10 are not available for any reason they will be substituted with a prize of equal value.
12. The first prize winner will be contacted by telephone, by the 18th November 2008.
13. All other prize winners will be notified in writing by 30th November 2008.
