Foo Fighters new double cd now £8.97 incl. delivery

Too be honest i never tried the Asda site as i'm not really interested in the double cd, but i had to check the price of postage on the HMV site and the dvd version came up as £8.99 plus £1 for first class postage.

Just checked the Asda site and it's coming up at £8.97 in the basket. I think it was just a mistake, wish i had had the money to buy the dvd version when i found out about it.

I ordered earlier today and had no problem - got the confirmation through confirming the price at £5.97.

Guess we'll have to wait and see if Asda honour it or not!

I have ordered mine from CD Wow, it was £6 for the CD not DVD version.

Use the 20% CDs trick and £1 off voucher (the PepsiMax one still seems to work for me), postage free.

as Asda seem to have corrected the price error and it is now £8.97, I've moved this over to Shop but don't drop as it is more in line with prices elsewhere now

I don't understand how they can say that the price was changed late afternoon when on their site it clearly stated the price was £5.97 but when I put it in the basket it came up as £12.97?? I think adsa have made a but of a mess out of this. Those of you who got confirmation at £5.97 will get it at hat price though according to this. HTH.

Apparently there were only 50,000 copies produced of the cd+dvd version, so its worth getting a copy if you can get your hands on one. maybe buy two and keep one unopened to seel on ebay when it becomes a collectors item
