Proofreading in London

Hi, I needed a proofreading for my dissertation in London. I found a website trueeditors.com and paid money and sent the dissertation. They sent me it back four days later. They just edited articles and spelling but they changed the content or sentences of a Convention articles. It was direct quotation. It is impossible to change sentences of the Convention. They did not check it for plagiarisation, did no formatting, no check for flowing and comprehensibility. NEVER use Trueeditors.
