AMP App (amp.ipsos.com)

My wife answered the door the other day to a gentleman discussing an app called AMP. It's part of Ipsos MORI.
He said we just needed to install the app from the website amp.ipsos.com or App Store . Enter the unique ID number he gave us then answer/interact with the app regarding if we (I mainly) read newspapers and/or magazines
As an incentive the website will give us a Gift card credited with £15 and after 8 weeks the app can be deleted.

My wife always says I'm negative about things like this (I call it being causaus :D)
He says we can install it on a computer and tablet/smartphone.

It looks genuine to me and I know Ipsos MORI are a genuine company.
Just wanting to double check if anyone as come across this before?

I was offered something similar from an online site. I think it is genuine. I did not accept as my phone could not download the app. I think you need kitkat 4.4 or higher. I also thought it was quite intrusive but Ipsos is a well respected company and you can always check with them if you are unsure.
