Full and final settlement wording

I'm not sure if this question belongs here, but it not perhaps one of the admins could point me in the right direction.
As part of a settlement, I am having to pick up some goods. I want it to end there so that the person cannot find some other items and demand I pick them up. Can anyone give me some words that effectively states that I need them to confirm in writing that collecting the goods is full and final settlement (of what?)
