Does anyone have experience with Digital Mortgages is Atom Bank

Hi
Our mortgage broker has recommended Digital Mortgages, Atom Bank but it makes me nervous that I have never heard of them and they are fairly new. I looked for reviews online, there weren't many, but they were negative however it was about first time buyers not getting a mortgage offer whereas we are looking to remortgage. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them?

They had service issues because they launched the lowest ever five year fix earlier this year.
Now, the glut of business they attracted has passed through, a bit like a python trying to pass an alligator...
Shouldn't be too painful, especially a remortgage via a broker.
