Hi all,
New to the site and wondered if anyone could give me any advice.
My mortgage broker has submit a full mortgage application using the Natwest Intermediary system and it has been accepted pending proof of income.
At what stage is the full hard credit check carried out? Has this already been done?
Many thanks
Jake

What does your mortgage broker say when you ask them this?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0

Below is my experience so far with NatWest
11/8 Offer accepted
11/8 DIP put in
14/8 DIP approved
14/8 All docs sent to broker for full app
17/8 survey fee taken out
18/8 email received to say that a survey will be done 23/8
There has been searches on our credit files. Can't say 100% if they are 'hard searches' but I believe there are still some more to come after the valuation.0 -
Thanks for your reply.
My timeline so far is below.
15/8 offer accepted
15/8 DIP received
21/8 Full mortgage application submitted, stating accepted pending proof of income0 -
We sent
Bank statements
Last 3 wageslips
P60s
passport copies
driving licence copies
Have you paid the valuation fee? (If you had to pay one)
We upgraded it to a homebuyers report, £442 all in.
Our survey will be done by e.surv. Trustpilot rates 7.1 with some bad feedback but a lot are good. Majority of people don't go online to leave feedback for services they have found good neither.
e.surv changed the survey date from today to Friday however. Would have been nice to have it done and received by Friday maybe. More than likely receive it next Wednesday now.
We have a week off together 25th September onwards so keys by then would be good, if we were offered a mortgage.0
