    Have you entered a previous competition with them and entered more than the 'allowed' amount of times?

    or

    do you have a hotmail or similar address

    Cannot see why they might not allow some email addresses to enter.

    I am sure I have entered comps with them before, but wouldn't have done more than the allowed amount. I do have a hotmail address. I wonder if perhaps I unsubscribed with them, and they didn't like it, but I can't be sure.

    BTW, they haven't replied on facebook yet.

    Same for me as Blu, I know I have entered competitions with them before but I would have only entered the allowed amount, I also have unsubscribed, and I also have a hotmail address. Do you know why they don't like hotmail addresses?
