Realistically, that additional 8% that you require is still a lot of money. Especially to try to come up with it in a tight timeframe. If it wasn't a property in such demand, I would suggest getting the price down through some clever negotiation. Otherwise your only options really are to hold off and save more, or look at something cheaper.0

Yeah, I've tried the numbers again and I can't get 25% whatever combination I use. Not sure what I did...0
