Hi could you please list everything per month?
Its confusing with weekly and yearly figures.

Then someone will be along to have a look.

    Hi,
Providing you are allowed to keep your car then your expenses seem fine to me. Presume the fuel is for to and from work travel mainly?

Groceries are a bit low, but any more would push you in to a negative statement.

No justification for an IPA on the basis of your SOA.

I work at a depot approx 5 miles away, so a 10 mile round trip when working. I could potentially be asked to cover somewhere 10-20 miles away if staff fall sick.

In addition I receive care from a family member 3-4 times per week, and travel for medical appointments - All of this is due to my disability and unlikely to change.

Is there any way I can make the importance my mobility has to my work, personal care and medical visits?

My main concern is work uncertainty - I'm working for a local charity who invested a huge amount, time and money, to ensure my job is suitable for me and my circumstances. Can't even think of going BR and losing my job! :(

There are no guarantees in bankruptcy, however, you have every chance of demonstrating that your work and care needs require the use of your car. Even your brief post is a powerful argument.

The water rates seems very high? Are you paying arrears?
I'd be tempted to move quite high pet costs into the groceries - even if just the pet food? And move the entertainment into hair cuts.
Just to save having to argue a case.
