Mortimer Clarke Solicitors Bank

Firstly my husband has a mental illness.............anyway an old debt, in hubbies name, reared it's head last month (reason it remained unpaid was due to incorrect balance from Cabot) Anyway online we admitted a partial debt which I have had confirmed from Mortimer Clarke solicitors, along with a whole letter about paying and explaining how they wanted to know where we were getting the money from etc. The deadline for accepting their terms??? is tomorrow and I offered via the court to pay the correct amount on 25th.
Today I called to get the bank details and they refused to give them to me, I pointed out that as I understood data protection I knew that they would not discuss any details in the letter or ccj with me but I only wanted their bank details...................they refused and w only talk to my husband.............I said no that he suffered a mental illness and as I wanted only THEIR details she was not breaking any rules.
I will not have him bullied by these people, they seem to want to get their pound of flesh, despite us paying in full
Does anyone have their bank and sort code please

Send them a cheque.
I would never trust account details given you by a stranger on line, or anywhere else.
Failing that, contact them online.0 -
I would but I no longer have a cheque book, it was the first thing I thought offDebt Free Diary - Second Chances! Life in a Tourer........Debt free, building a savings pot0

I have sent a message via their website and emailed them but they say 14 days to get back which would mean we would be in default of the payment date of the 25thDebt Free Diary - Second Chances! Life in a Tourer........Debt free, building a savings pot0

Yeah just looked at that and they are capped at £250 this is £277.89 but it will have to be if they don't tell me the details
Not sure what the hell they are playing at..........I would ring the courts because this is obstruction but they wouldn't be able to speak to me, hubby has complex PTSD so it would be a big trigger xxDebt Free Diary - Second Chances! Life in a Tourer........Debt free, building a savings pot0 -
