OFFICIAL RULES OF THE PRIZE DRAW (THE “OFFICIAL RULES”)

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Urban Outfitters Win a Trip to Hawaii Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) begins on 21 August, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. British Summer Time and ends on 30 September, 2017 at 11:59 British Summer Time (the “Prize Draw Period”).

Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Prize Draw. Entries received after the end of the Prize Draw Period will not be valid for entry into the Prize Draw.

Eligibility: The Prize Draw is open to legal residents of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Employees, officers, and directors of Urban Outfitters, Inc. (“Sponsor”) or any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters (collectively, the “Prize Draw Entities”), and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Participation in accordance with Official Rule 3 below constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Prize Draw. How to Enter: During the Prize Draw Period, to enter, you must (1) have the free UO Application (which can be downloaded for free at the iOS App store [https://itunes.apple.com/app/uo/id358821736] and Google play store [https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.urbanoutfitters.android]) (2) register for an UO Rewards account and become an UO Rewards member or, if you are already a UO Rewards member, sign in to your existing account; and (3) follow the instructions on the UO App to submit an entry to the Prize Draw. Submission of an entry is your agreement to and acceptance of these Prize Draw Official Rules. If you are newly registering for an UO Rewards Account, then upon completion and submission of the account registration form, you automatically will be entered with one (1) entry into the Prize Draw. If you already have an UO Rewards Account, simply complete the entry form. You must provide all required information to be eligible to enter and win. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to the Sponsor or forfeit the prize. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified.

Selection of Winners: On the second business day following the end of the Prize Draw Period, Sponsor will select, via computer selection, the name of the potential winner of the prize in a random drawing from among all valid entries received. The potential prize winner will be notified by email (to the email address provided for the UO Rewards Account) within 5 business days of the drawing of the winner. The potential prize winner will be required to respond to such email notification (as specified therein) within two (2) calendar days of the sending of such notification and, except where legally prohibited, must sign and return, within that same two (2) day period, a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (“Declaration/Release”) in order to claim his/her prize (the “Claim Response”). If a potential prize winner cannot be contacted in person via email after the first attempt to contact him/her, or the potential prize winner does not provide the Claim Response within the time period specified above or if the potential prize winner fails to sign and return the Declaration/Release or any other required documents within the required time period (if applicable), or in the event that a potential prize winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries (an “alternate drawing”). Only two (2) alternate drawings will be held, after which any remaining prizes will remain un-awarded.

Verification of Potential Winners: ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PRIZE DRAW. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

Prizes and Prize Restrictions:

One (1) grand prize will be awarded, consisting of: • a custom recommended itinerary for a 7-night, 8-day trip to Hawaii for two (2) people designed by a Lonely Planet writer, • round-trip airfare for two (2) people from the UK to Hawaii, up to a maximum total cost of £1,800, • hotel booking (single room, double occupancy) for seven (7) nights for two (2) people, up to a maximum cost of £1,300, • two (2) Lonely Planet Guidebooks for the destination valued at- £15.99 each, and • one (1) copy of Secret Marvels of the World valued at- £19.99.

Total retail value of grand prize: approximately £3,135.98GBP. (Actual value may vary based on airfare and hotel accommodation fluctuations and distance between departure and destination.) Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value of grand prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The Prize will be posted to the postal address provided by the entrant for the UO Rewards Account, within 5 business days of receipt of the entrant’s Claim Response and verification of eligibility by Sponsor.
Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Prize Draw, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, souvenirs, costs of activities (even if included in the custom itinerary) incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport or baggage fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of the prize winner. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the individual prize winner. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Any and all taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of the grand prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the individual prize winner. The grand prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, sold or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other Prize Draw or offer. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not responsible if any aspect of the prize or trip is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Edit: When you open the app, click on the menu button (3 lines in the top left for apple app), account settings then opt in to the UO Rewards. Once you've done that, open the menu again, click "My UO" at the top then scroll down to contests and more. I assume android app works the same but can't say for sure
