However, doing this is still dependent on using a solicitor who is prepared to bend the rules - the most recent post on that thread refers to one who wasn't - so I'd have thought that anyone (such as the OP in this thread) with an apparently unhelpful solicitor really needs to establish up front whether it's going to work the way they want it to....0 -
It just came off our deposit at completion so instead of paying 15k for instance we paid 13k0
