Hi all,
I bought some diced lamb, and I would like to marinade it in something to have inside warm pitta bread. I have alot of herbs and spices in but I am not sure what to do..
Also, i have sour cream to serve with it. Is there any way I can make this a bit more interesting?
Thanks x

Marinate it in olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, oregano, salt, pepper, then cook it really fast so that it is brown on the outside and still a little pink inside.Mortgage started on 22.5.09 : £129,600Overpayments to date: £3000June grocery challenge: 400/6000

I once did a Jamie Oliver recipe for lamb and I marinaded it in lime juice, lime zest, mint and crushed coriander seeds. Just left it over night.
