HSBC Loan

Hello
I have a current account and credit card with HSBC (No overdraft and small limit). Whenever i log into the app it tells me i am highly likely to be accepted for a loan and 9/10 people with my circumstances are accepted.
Does anyone have any experience of applying?
Funny enough they won't offer me an overdraft or a credit limit increase and this website says I am.not eligible for any loans.
UPDATE: seems it was fibbing. Did a soft search on HSBC website and said unlikely. Never mind

Complain to HSBC about their misleading App ( in a polite way ). Point out to them that some people might be very upset by the false hope.0
