cleaning bathroom mirror

hi
my bathroom mirror's in a state. Part of it gets frequently splashed by DDs dad when he's in the shower - and no matter how much i use windolene on that part - it never looks clean and clear..can anyone here recomm anyth different ?

Not sure how to get it immaculate in the first place but I'm sure kim and aggie suggest smearing shaving foam on the mirror once in a while then cleaning off, it stops it steaming up and helps avoid future build up of splashes etc.I will save my tesco £1 savings stamps this year! .......so far = £50 (full card#1)
Card #2 £6. I will not be skint at Chistmas this year!
