Photos with Santa

As this is DD2's first proper xmas (she was only 3 weeks old last year) we are taking the girls to see Santa at Harrods and Im hoping to give family the pictures as xmas gifts

However I know that although to see santa is free, the photos are £10! (think its £25 if you buy 3)
I know you can get smaller ones on one page but Id still need to spend £50 to get everyone a picture!

Is it possible to get them copied at boots or somewhere? I know sometimes they say no if theres anything on the photos (like the company name at the bottom) but I did this with some Profession photos I had taken a few yesrs ago and they didnt ask any questions - just not sure if it was ok or if I just had a dozy sod serving me lol!

Anyone have any ideas?

I don't know about boots but my local photo shop does it for us. I just hand in the photo and they make as many copies I want. It's worth asking.

You could always scan it and then print out on photo paper. Or get someone else to do if you don't have the equipment. If you need to use a shop as Greenpixie has said I would imagine you would get most success from asking a small photoshop rather than somewhere like Boots.

    Good luck
  • My local print shop does this with school photos so I only have to buy one (such a rip off, even for just one, but that's a whole different thread topic!)

The quality is not fab but once you've put it in a frame it looks as good as the original.

It is a while since I tried to do this but was told it was illegal because the copyright of the picture belongs to someone else. They knew because there was some lettering on the back of the print.
I just reprint them at home now.
