Company

If a company is dissolved on ‘Companies House’ site, can the company still operate?

Would this be legal or illegal?

Thanks

The company no longer exists. Are you sure they're not operating under a similar name?

It can't operate as a limited liability company. But it can operate as something else. Or it can become another company. All of which happen. And none of which really helps you because without details out could be anything.

I was told to approach this company and checked companies house but found it dissolved. Not sure if it trades under different name.

    Thanks again.
