What's that hotel/B&B called in Dublin - Help!

Can anyone help me?
A place was recommended by a friend to stay in Dublin. Now, it's a bit vague, but this is what I know.
It's near the bus station and is called something like The Benjamen, or any such spelling variation of this. I think it is a b&b/hotel/guest house, but only small.
Hopefully, someone will know what I'm talking about and can get me the details. I've googled it and can't find it anywhere.
Cheers

The only place I can think of near the bus station (Busaras) is Hotel Isaacs:

and there's also hostel isaacs:

.......unless you mean Jacobs Inn also adjacent to Busaras:

Hi
Sorry but it doesn't sound familiar (and I'm from Ireland and lived in Dublin for 2 years!).
To be honest, I wouldn't stay too close to the bus station. While the accommodation is cheaper, the area's a bit rough. Hanging around Gardiner Street around pub chucking out time is not really advisable!
I would try a search for B&Bs/guesthouses etc on the link below. To remain central, you would need to stay in either Dublin 1 (North of the river near to the bus station) or Dublin 2 (South of the river, near to Temple Bar, Stephens' Green etc).
Alternatively do a search for anything in Dublin 4 (they have the best bus route in town!) or stuff along the Luas lines – Dublin's cheap, reliable and easy to use tram system (I would consider the green line locations as being preferable to the red!)

Not quite what you were asking for but I hope it helps!
BrionaIf I don't respond to your posts, it's probably because you're on my 'Ignore' list.0 -
We were very happy in the Paramount Hotel for a few nights. At the end of Temple Bar it was in a good location.
One tip though!! - ask for a quiet room!!....you do get alot of street noise at night!
Look on Tripadvisor for help.

As RibAd said the first place that sprang to mind when you said the bus station was Isaacs or jacobs.0
