Aldi's Big Daddy 16 oz (454g) extra thick rump steak for £4.99 is returning to stores on Thursday 24th August - just in time for Bank Holiday barbecues.

Stock will be limited so get there early if you want to buy these!

I have had the Lidl steaks and they are delicious ,very melt in the mouth

What a con,friend of mine queued outside local Aldi,5th in que at opening time-steaks gone by the time he got to the meat section!
Store had the grand total of 6 steaks for the promotion with no replacements due-he complained to the manager who confirmed this.So he nips down the rd to next Aldi(slightly bigger store)-sold out -only 20 steaks for the promotion-complete ripoff/con,marketing just what boots through door-I wont be using Aldi again, at least Lidl have good stock on their promotions.

My DD and I bought three of them yesterday morning 0.9.30 a.m. at the Cowes Aldi's and there were several left in stock.We had them last night for dinner and they were absolutely gorgeous. well worth the money
