M&S Loans "Customer Service"
What a nightmare M&S Bank are to deal with!
I've phoned them six times since 1st August looking for a settlement figure to be posted out, I keep reaching a call centre abroad and being told "It will be with you tomorrow". I asked if I could have a statement of account initially and was told "No, I'm afraid you can't request that"... The T&C's of the loan state that I can request a statement of account at any time without any cost, when I read out the T&C's section regarding this to the call centre employee she took a brief pause and then asked if there was anything else she could help with?
Two weeks later and I've received nothing in the post. I have posted a complaint to the Chester Office but I'm running out of patience, the call centre fob you off with the same answers every time
Does anybody have a number for a UK office? I feel like my requests aren't being acknowledged and the customer service number leads me straight back to this call centre.

Have you considered putting the request in writing instead of getting the run around on the phone?0

In the terms and conditions which I saw on Google (pdf) it states that a quote for early repayment can take up to 28 days.
OP just chill and wait - you signed up for these terms.0 -
Can't you just ask them what it is?0
