Candy floss stick duster wotsit

Don't really know what they are called but I had for many years a duster on a long stick, good for high ceilings etc, that looked like a big candy floss, made of nylon I suppose. It recently melted (don't ask!) and have been looking around everywhere for a replacement. No success. They only seem to stock the feathery sort which I don't like.
Has anyone noticed them about anywhere?
Thanks.

Having the same problem but just seen lots on Ama2on so will try to remember to get one next time I need to add something on to get free postage!
If you find them on the high street anywhere let us know..0 -
You probably want a "decent one"... but if you're close to a Poundland pop in as I have seen them there all the time in recent months.0

We used to call it a cobweb brush.
Mine's ancient, handed down the generations and still going strong.
My DD also had one that she used for dusting the tops of doors etc, but hers was a Tickling Stick that I got when I went to see Ken Dodd! (I'm not sure whether it survived her recent house move though...)“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0 -
Thanks for suggetions. I'd seen those ones that look like car wash brushes but they are really OTT and don't like them. Literally I want the one that looks like a candy floss, lollipop shaped on a long stick. My old one was very simple, just wired onto the end of a bamboo stick. I shall continue the hunt.

I have a lambswool one, which if memory serves, came from J0hn L£wis.
We call it the Sheep-Onna-Stick.If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
