Hi,
I recently received a letter about an old debt, 4 years old.
They've written lots of threats and stuff in the letters.
Is there a letter I can write to them to by some time just two weeks, so I can access the debt? I just want to make sure I have all the facts correct and documents before I decide to pay off this debt.

Hi,
You should send them the "provit letter".
A company demanding payment of a debt must provide proof of liability when asked to do so, its up to them to prove you owe this money, not up to you to prove you dont.
