Quinoa and farro (emmer wheat)

I have a Moroccan shoulder of lamb cooking in the oven currently.

The obvious thing to go with it would be couscous, but I have also got Quinoa and farro (aka emmer wheat).

I would prefer to cook one of these, has anyone cooked either of these?

I guess Quinoa might be more suitable? Just steam it in the rice cooker I suppose?

Sorry Meester, whilst I have eaten quinoa in the past, I can't remember how I cooked it.
I don't have a microwave or a rice steamer, so it won't have been by either of those methods.
Your Moroccan lamb sounds lovely though.

I have put half a pint of quinoa with a pint of chicken stock and half a lemon in the rice cooker.
