Will 2 debts I'm still paying from years ago (over 10) affect me getting a mortgage? they have disappeared off my credit record about 5 years ago I just pay £10 a month each to them to a debt collection agency but other than that I've kinda forgotten about them, they are registered to my mums address in my maiden name

How would I know if mine was unenforceable? Mine got passed to a debt collection agency about 11years ago?0

You won't unless you request a copy of it via a CCA request.
